We had the garage door open by itself during some power surges. This happened at night when the morning temp was below zero. We were un-aware, until the next morning. a call to Jason was immediate, and they gave a date and time, and showed up! the job took about an hour and a half. they were in and out in a flash, kept me in the loop all the way, actually made some improvements. this is not the first time i have used Firkus plumbing. and certainly, it will not be the last. if you want it done in a timely manner, and perfect, call Firkus, you will return for your next plumbing fix! great people with your concerns at the front.

Johnathon was great. We were doing a bath remodel and he coordinated with our contractor to make the job seamless.  He is so helpful and did an excellent job for us.  He even came on a Saturday to complete part of the job so our contractor could continue on Monday with his job and then came to finish installing our fixtures.  There was an issue with the faucet I had purchased and Johnathon made calls to help find a solution for us.  They are outstanding!

Great service. Quick, well done, and friendly. These guys know what they're doing, and they charge fairly. I had a job quote from another company that was literally twice as expensive and including unnecessary supplies. Firkus did the job for half as much. I feel like they always listen to what I need done and I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of me when I have no idea what's going on. They're the only plumbers I use.

Firkus Plumbing and Heating performed all aspects of work needed to connect my septic system to the city sewer, including decommissioning the septic system. They did an excellent job in a timely and professional manner, disturbing the property as little as possible. I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything, including all the permits was taken care of. I highly recommend these folks and will call on them for future plumbing and heating needs.

Super happy customer. Main water line leaking. Jason and Jonathan came out to analyze the problem and proposed new line to avoid future problems. Quick response and job completed in a very timely manner with attention to detail and made sure to leave a finished look; backfilled and cleaned up without any debris or dips in the ground.
